Yes. The total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay for the scope you selected. If your property is outside normal baseline condition (heavy staining, structural neglect), we may follow up with a custom quote before confirming.

No online payment is required to submit a booking request — we'll confirm final payment details with you directly before the clean.

A full top-to-bottom clean: kitchen, all bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, skirting boards, light fittings and switches, wall spot cleaning, and all floors vacuumed and mopped.

It's an optional package you select at booking time. Choose "With Carpet" for hot-water extraction steam cleaning of bedroom and living-room carpet areas — extra zones like hallways or stairs carry a small flat fee per zone.

Outside windows are an optional add-on, priced by property size. Internal windows are covered as part of your standard clean.

Double-storey and multi-level properties carry a small premium (roughly 5-10% of the base price) to reflect the extra time and access required.

No — most customers arrange key access or entry instructions and get on with their move. We'll confirm arrangements with you before the day.

Yes, for an end of lease clean the property should be vacant so we can clean every surface properly, including areas that were behind furniture.

We currently service Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne, generally within 50km of each city CBD. Bookings beyond this radius may carry a travel surcharge.

It depends on property size and condition — as a guide, a 2-bedroom property takes a few hours, while larger 4-5 bedroom homes can take the better part of a day.
